Thank you for choosing Real Estate Education Specialists to provide continuing education required to maintain your appraiser certification for the state of Florida.
Live Attendance On-Site Continuing Education
Completion of these courses will provide you with appraiser continuing education credit. Please see the course approval letter for details regarding potential credit to be earned. Students attending the live 7 HOUR USPAP UPDATE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN CURRENT EDITION OF USPAP IN CLASS (2020 - 2021 is current). USPAP IS OBTAINED FROM THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION AT WWW.APPRAISALFOUNDATION.ORG.
Live Streaming - Remote Continuing Education
Students in live streaming classes must have a reliable internet connection operating without interruption, a webcam, audio, and microphone that will be active and available for interaction with the class and instructor during the entire program.
Students taking the live streamed 7 Hour USPAP Update must have a current edition of USPAP (2020 -2021 edition), 2022 - 2023 7 hour USPAP Student Manual, and 2022 USPAP Reference Manual. All three USPAP documents may be obtained from the Appraisal Foundation (www.appraisalfoundation.org)
Live streaming is broadcast on Eastern Time.
Other course materials and instructions to join the live stream will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the course(s).
Appraiser Continuing Education Package
Price: $449.00 - 30 Hours
Course Description:
Take advantage of our discounted tuition for our continuing education package of courses. Our continuing education series includes the 7 hour National USPAP Update, the Law Update, and electives. Take these courses live streamed in the comfort of your home or office, no examinations are required. Students attending the 7 hour USPAP Update must bring their copy of the current edition of USPAP to class (either in print or electronic is acceptable). Students in live streamed USPAP Update Courses must also have a current edition of the 7 hour USPAP Student Manual and USPAP Reference Manual. Copies of USPAP may be obtained from the Appraisal Foundation (www.appraisalfoundation.org).
Class sessions meet 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM on the dates and at the locations listed.

Appraisal Techniques for the Current Market
Price: $175.00 - 5 Hours
Course Description:
This course includes an analysis of techniques and methods for ascertaining and applying market conditions adjustments. The course also includes a section as an overview of the new Z765-2021 ANSI square foot measurement standard.
This course is taught as part of our 30 hour appraiser continuing education package.

Case Studies 101
Price: $175.00 - 7 Hours
Course Description:
Case Studies demonstrates contemporary deficiencies in appraisal reports and analyses. The course looks at issues that have generated complaints against appraisers, exploring issues on a case-by-case basis, such as significant errors and omissions within a report. Appraisers will develop adequate and relevant strategies to avoid similar situations, including development of support and record keeping. The course discusses the appraiser's responsibility under regulations including those requirements imposed by Uniform Standards.
This course meets from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Friday and from 8:00 am until noon on Saturday.

Case Studies 102
Price: $175.00 - 8 Hours
Course Description:

Law Update
Price: $150.00 - 3 Hours
Course Description:
Completion of this Law Update will provide you with 3 hours of appraiser continuing education credit and satisfies the Florida Law Update requirement.Our tuition includes all required course materials. Take this course live or streamed with no examinations required!

National USPAP Update Course - Live Class
Price: $249.00 - 7 Hours
Course Description:
The 7-hour National USPAP Update Course is mandated by the the Appraisal Foundation to be completed as a part of every state-certified; licensed; or trainee appraiser's continuing education for renewal. Take this course live, no examinations are required! ATTENDEES MUST BRING THEIR COPY OF THE CURRENT EDITION OF USPAP (2020-2021) TO CLASS IN EITHER PAPER OR ELECTRONIC FORMAT. Students in live streaming virtual classrooms must also have a copy of the 2022 -2023 7 hour USPAP student manual and the 2022 USPAP Reference Manual. USPAP is obtained from the Appraisal Foundation (www.appraisalfoundation.org).
